Super heroes don’t have existential crises after they put on their capes.

So why do CEO’s?

It is really common to arrive at a point in your startup’s journey where you look around and wonder what next? What now? Where should I go from here?

People bought what I created. I proved to the nay-sayers that the idea they said could not be built, could actually be built.

What’s next?

I’ve been there. Tim Ferriss has been there; and if you’re reading this email (that was specifically written for high-performing Startup CEOs) then you might have found yourself here too.

When you arrive at such a point where no muse or adversary can be found to “spur you on” what do you do?

One sure-fire strategy that I use is the customer survey.

My customers and clients got me to where I am today. But where do they want me to take them tomorrow?

Their vision for the future they trust you know how to build, may be the muse you need.

So how do you get started?

Just ask them what they think tomorrow looks like.

Here is one list of questions that I go back to regularly.

…and here is a more specific survey that I sent out recently to help me prioritize the build order of a recent project:

What about you? What do you do to motivate yourself to “keep-at-it”?

I’d love to know : )

Have a magical day 🪄✨,
