What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. When we did, people would place a HEAVY load on our servers (which is expensive for us) with their high amounts of usage, then ask for a refund claiming they never used Molo9™.

We now offer a two-day pass for those who wish to test drive Molo9™ before deciding if they want to commit to a regular subscription.
